No collusion

If Uncle Ken ever decides to get into reporting I think he'd end up at FoxNews.  I'm not going to say he jumps to conclusions or connects non-existent dots, but there is this:

It is just you Beagles complaining about the length of the collusion investigation.

Say what?  Since Mr. Beagles hasn't used the term collusion since this past May I had to reread his latest post, and what do you know?  No mention of collusion.  He mentions how tired he is of the repetitive nature of the current news cycles, and then he refers to Watergate and a little speculation on the age of Woodward and aging in general.  No mention of Trump or Benghazi, either.

Some pundits have stated that current events and the news have made us desensitized to all the weirdness, and I agree.  Perhaps that is what Mr. Beagles is experiencing.  That's the thing about news, if it is repetitive with no additional information it is old, and not news.  Shouldn't news be new?

And speaking of Benghazi...I didn't know much about the attacks until I read the Wikipedia entry and I learned a few things.  For a year prior to the attacks there was mounting evidence that an attack against American personnel was becoming more likely.  Requests for additional security were denied.  The State Department circumvented their own standards for diplomatic security because they wanted to keep a "low profile."  Sounds fishy to me, as if public relations or optics took precedence over the safety of diplomatic personnel; attacks took place and people died.  This is not zilch.  The State Department fucked up, plain as day, and there is plenty of blame to go around.

If you're looking for a new conspiracy to chew on, how about this?  Why did The FBI shut down and evacuate that solar observatory, with Blackhawk helicopters, no less?  They also closed the local post office for reasons unknown, and they are not giving any hints to local law enforcement.  This is unusual, don't you think?  They say it's for security reasons but that's a very broad term.  I think something else is going on; I've never heard of a post office being shut down by the FBI before.
