Beagles appeared at sea about what crime Trump was going to b e accused of for his impeachment. Right now he is correct that it is about the Ukraine deal where the prez withheld aid for the Ukraine to be used against Putin in his assault on Ukraine. This is aid that was authorized by congress and the prez had no authorization to withhold it, but he did because he wanted .Zelensky to open an investigation into his likely opponent in the next presidential election.
Looks like a big enough crime to me, but I guess to Beagles it is just some college prank. Yes it is illegal. There are plenty more hijinks by the prez, most notably the obstructions of justice outlined in the Mueller report, but for now the dems are concentrating on just this one because they think it makes a clearer case.
One argument used by the rep apologists, is that the aid eventually got to Ukraine without the investigation (amazingly cooler heads seem to have intervened) so where is the crime, but this is the same thing that sent Blago to the slammer. That deal of a quid pro quo for the senatorial seat fell through but asking for it is illegal in itself. If you try to rob a bank but come away empty-handed it is still a crime.
Those things about the computer and the Ukrainians being involved in our 2016 elections are pure dark web right wing conspiracies like Alex Jones peddles. There is no Mr Orange in the kitchen with a crow bar, merely whispers in the night.
The prosecutor that Biden got canned was a guy who everybody wanted out because he never prosecuted anyone. His son getting that job is a bit dodgy in my mind, but there is no evidence that he ever did anything wrong that would logically call for him to be investigated.

Another false flag the reps are flying these days is that the whistleblower's identity should be revealed. The thing is the items that have been alleged have all been confirmed, so his identity is irrelevant, and one of the things about the law that encourages people to whisteblow is that their identity will be kept secret. Trumpworld just wants his name so they can beat up on him, so it will be known to Trump's second amendment loving nuts so the guy will never feel safe again.
