why will nobody read the report???

When I was a little kid, race was not much of an issue, they were a million miles away.  Well maybe more like two, but to little feet that can be a long way.  The only time we saw them was when we took the bus downtown that went east on 55th Street and then north on Wentworth.  They didn't seem so bad to me like everybody in the hood said they were.  Mom told me they carried knives and if you called them a nigger they would stab you.

It was Isaac Asimov, or more broadly, science, that turned me into a dove.  The whole premise of racism was that they were another race that was inferior to our race, and science said that they were neither a race nor inferior, so that was enough for me.  If you add to that how racism is a lose-lose situation for both races that clinches the deal.

I've watched both democratic debates between innings of the ball game now, and like I said, no party looks as bad as the one whose candidates are debating each other, but I don't think that they've ripped each other up all that much.  The big issue has been healthcare, which maybe has too much prominence because it's unlikely that any of them will get their exact program through congress even with a democratic majority in both houses which is what they are likely to have if they win the presidency.  I don't think any of the minor candidates will be lasting much longer.  It will be the big four from now on, maybe Pete will hold on for awhile.

There is some movement towards impeachment in the house, but I think the main reason is that it will strengthen their demands for documents and interviews.  Impeachment will not happen.

Mueller didn't say anything that wasn't in the book, which clearly displays a raft of impeachable events.  The Russkies and Trumpies may have never had an actual handshake quid pro quo deal, but that was not because the Trumpies weren't trying.  And there were tons of obstructions of justice, many orange-stained from Cheeto fingers, but if you fell for the Barr song and dance you will never know about it.

You know there is a thing where if you hear liberal commentators talking about the prez ordering lying and destruction of documents and you don't like liberal commentators you can just go oh there they go again and dismiss it.  Maybe if you read it in an objective report (though even of that is under attack because some of the team were democrats) you would believe it.  But almost nobody is willing to spend the twenty bucks and couple of hours to find out what the report actually says, and that boggles my mind.
