yer full of crap

Ah yer full of crap Beagles.  The Supreme Court didn't push abortion down our throats, most people wanted it, and since, as you've said, you didn't have to have one if you didn't want one, where is the problem?  I don't think we've ever argued that issue.  Where do you stand on abortion?

And nobody is forced to attend a gay wedding.  If they perform some sort of service, like catering, then they have to do that.  It's a long complicated issue that we will probably go over again and again, and like you said, in the real world it will probably almost never come up, because what gays are going to want to be catered by somebody who doesn't believe that they should be married?  I'll tell you though, if I was a caterer and one of my employees refused to cater gay weddings, I would get rid of him right away because he is hurting my business.

In your protestant/catholic wedding thing, you have it backwards.  Nobody is being forced to attend either wedding, some people are not being allowed to attend a wedding.  Also the Catholic guy sounds like an asshole, if there was a protestant guy who wouldn't allow Catholics, he is an asshole too.  Organized religion is full of assholes.  I don't know why you didn't just get married in the courthouse, oh yeah, that's right, you don't believe in government.

If you don't like the way some blacks and gays, upgraded now I see from negroes and homos, though hispanics are downgraded to whoever, than tough shit. This is America and people have a right to speak up if they feel that they are not getting all their rights.  I guess you can complain on the blog, but frankly it is getting a little old, and not shedding any light on any issue.

I have to agree with you that Gage Park was quite provincial.  We had all those Irish and Polish and Italians and Greeks, but everybody was white, and since the housing was the same for miles in any direction, everybody was the same economic class.  I have never been to Cheboygan.  Let's go to the wiki:

The racial makeup of the city was 90.8% White, 1.0%African American, 4.6% Native American, 0.2% Asian, 0.2% from other races, and 3.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.2% of the population.

Apart from having some Indians, it does seem awfully, well, white.  It doesn't sound very cosmopolitan to me.

And of course if you minded your own business, you wouldn't be all hot under the collar about gay weddings.  But here we are back where we began.
