Otava Yo

Like I said, they have lots of material on You Tube, and they have a web page on Face Book.  It seems they have been around awhile, mostly in their native Russia, and a few other European countries, but I don't think they have ever been to the US.  The stuff on You Tube is mostly short videos, kind of like those rock videos that the kids used to watch on MTV, except the music is much better.  They do a lot clowning around, but they also feature dancers and scenery shots of the Russian countryside.  I wanted to get them on a DVD so we could watch together, but they don't seem to have any DVDs out.  They have material that you can download for a nominal fee, and I think I could transfer that to a blank DVD with my own equipment, but I would have to learn how because I've never done anything like that.  They do have some CDs out, but I would rather have the visuals with the music like they have on You Tube.

I don't think I've ever watched a State of the Union speech all the way through.  There's no need because you can always get a summary from the news later.  I understand that Trump offered an olive branch of sorts to the Democrats, but it would be surprising if they accepted it because he has always been pricky to them in the past.
