I have heard that some people will give you the shirt off their backs, and I have heard that a really good coat might cost you an arm and a leg, and now (drum roll here) some people in Chicago are resorting to armed robbery to acquire coats that are both functional and fashionable. We got down to 24 below last night, but the temp had climbed to around zero by morning. It struggled up into the single digits after that, and there it remains at present. Lots of wind and blowing snow as well, but I don't think we got all that much accumulation on the ground, maybe six or eight inches. They are predicting another three days of this shit before the weather returns to normal for this time of year. I blame the Democrats. It seems like every time they win an election we have a record cold winter. I remember when Obama was first elected, after promising to do something about global warming, we had two record cold winters in a row. Coincidence? I think not!
I quit making predictions about Trump a long time ago. I don't think anybody, including Trump himself, knows for sure what he might do next. Meanwhile the Hispanic invasion continues unabated.
