Well there you go then, you help pull people out of ditches, and they
have pulled you out of ditches and the net results is the streets of
Cheboygan (I have been trying to come up with a name for your
neighborhood. I sort of want to call it Greater Beaglesonia, but
generally when a country, ahem, freehold, is surrounded by a greater,
they tend to want to be willing, nay passionate, to sacrifice every drop
of their blood until every square inch of the greater area is part of
their own native land) are humming with vehicles and people are going to
work and to the store and to the church and the tavern, and everybody
is so much better off than they would be if everybody was in the
ditches.
Likewise across this great nation, we all take care of each other.
Certainly those FEMA funds go out to all the poor fools who don't have
the sense to live in that nice wet inland land that god scraped the
glaciers over and made it nice and flat, and, except for that somnolent
New Madrid fellow, nice and still, and end up with all those hurricanes
and earthquakes. And if people somewhere are poorer, we help them out,
and generally the problems of one area are the problems of another area,
and we all help each other out and we feel others will help us out.
Well, not exactly. It's not quite like friendly, but eccentric, Beagles
pulling up in his pickup truck and dragging out the chains, when it
comes to the Federal government, it's a little more like the cops
pulling up and wanting to know why you are driving on that road, and
let's see your license, and let's inspect that vehicle, and maybe you
ought to go to driving school.
Oh it's not that bad, but still, if you are going to spend your
hard-earned (used to have to walk clear to the mailbox to get that
social security check, anymore, well you don't have to do anything)
taxpayer money pulling fools out of ditches, you kind of want to make
sure they are decent traffic-law abiding citizens, and not a bunch of
drunks.
In conclusion we should all help each other out. Beagles shouldn't just
shrug off black poverty as not his problem because there are no blacks
in Beaglestan (Greater Beaglesonia), and I should be concerned that
those crazy carp are flip flopping their way into the great lakes.
I think we should vote on more than our best interests. We should also
take into account what's best for everybody. I'll just leave it at that
because it's getting late.
Do you have problems with Mexicans? Do they refuse to pull your car out
of the ditch? Myself I don't see any problem. I am sure this new
group of immigrants wandering through Europe, many of whom are some kind
of Christian, is being admitted to ameliorate the situation which we
started when we went in and broke Iraq. Does anybody remember why we
did that anymore?
I don't know why you want a bunch of Europeans to come here. Most of
them are commies and socialists, and they are happy enough with their
commie socialism, that they don't want to come to the USA where we can't
even pass a fucking budget, and the dominant political party doesn't
even believe in evolution for Chrissake.
