Of course that bill was meant to limit abortion. It was written by
people who are against abortion who were voted in by people who are
against abortion because they hoped they would pass bills like this
one that limit abortion. Of course it caused abortion clinics in
Michigan to close. Of course you haven't heard of any, because you
only hear of things you want to hear of, and if you don't hear of
what you want to hear you make something up and convince yourself
you read it somewhere and it is up to me, good truth-seeking liberal
that I am, to do all the hard work of typing a few words into google
to look it up and tell you that you are wrong.
So what fun is that for me? I have to do all the internet
researching and you get to pontificate making up whatever pops into
your head at the moment, and then you shrug it off with some line
like math was your weak subject. Math is how we figure things out.
If you don't know math, you don't know shit.
There that felt good.
Lame duck shmame duck, who cares? If lame ducks vote in something I
like, I like them, if they vote in something I don't like, I don't
like them. Whether of not they were lame ducks doesn't matter.
Here is an example of someone who has a strong argument, 'the bill
is intended to impose onerous regulations,' and then tries to
bolster it with a weak argument, that lame duck crap, and thereby
weakens her whole point, she should have just stuck with her strong
argument and left the weak argument alone.
The war on women was just a phrase the dems used to try to get
votes, it's pretty much bullshit. Sometimes in the greater cause of
making America a socialist paradise and making Beagles marry his gay
dog you have to resort to a little subterfuge.
Birth control is under assault. The Catholic church and those goofs at
Hobby Lobby and who knows how many others don't want to have to pay for
insurance coverage for it, so now that has to come out of the pocket of
women while we men can have all the viagra we want paid for by that same
insurance company.
Affirmative action has been under assault for years. Sometimes schools
win and sometimes schools lose. The argument for it is that blacks were
held in slavery for two hundred years, suffered under Jim Crow laws for
a hundred, suffered additionally because many whites had anti black
attitudes, and though that is not as prevalent anymore it still goes on
in a more quiet way. Because of these historical facts, blacks are way
poorer than white people, and on the road to riches they have the added
hurdle of poor schooling all along the way. So in the interests of
fairness, and also for the good of the country because it is not healthy
for any country to have a segment that is isolated from the mainstream,
maybe we should give blacks a little leg up in college admissions. The
downside is that some whites aren't able to get into the college of
their choice.
Illinois was the last state in the union not to allow concealed carry. The supremes made us adopt it.
And what of the great and diverse county of Emmet, my wiki impaired friend?
The racial makeup of the county was 94.33% White, 0.47% Black or African American, 3.11% Native American, 0.43%Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.16% fromother races, and 1.47% from two or more races.
What about that tv that everytime you turn it on you are seeing blacks
and hispanics and gays carrying on in disrespectful ways? If you see
that much of them, how come you never see Li'l Randy? He's on it all
the time lately. Unfortunately for him he has a habit of telling
interviewers to shut up or walking off the stage when they ask him a
question he doesn't like.
